On January 6, 1980, seven persons met at the home of Ken and Arlene Everett for the purpose of forming a Lutheran Church in Mountain Home. During that month a group met for Bible Study, with attendance growing to 59. The name “Grace Lutheran” was chosen January 20, 1980.
